Price point - Trophy content

They are awesome wee cars but definitely one for a weekend car. I used mine for the commute and it was brutal. I think they're all starting to stay indoors now with prices rising. That one you've linked is just a silly price though. They weren't much off that new?

My thoughts exactly! Seems like they're becoming collectors cars rather than the drivers cars they were designed to be!

It's a drivers car but it's a brutal one! I'm sure the trophy set up (suspension) is much better than the rest but I've driven all the variants and don't really notice much difference

come on guys stop being wimps :tongueout:

Im slim and over 6ft and do not have any problems with the seat, apart from it feels like you are sat in van, due the height. Mine is a daily driver, i have Mark Fish springs on which are a bit harder than OEM, and koni adjustable on the rear that i have tweaked harder than the SACH, solid top mounts, and uprated rear upper bushes and love every second of it, Drive a mix of A roads B roads, twisty country roads, its great

Lol. I drive a 172 cup as a daily and it was nowhere near as hardcore as the trophy. Disagree with the seats though. I love them, one of my favourite points

I remember phase 2's being below 10k a couple of years ago - wish I had snapped another up ;)

Yep I saw a Cat D Phase 1 about 6 years ago for 6k..... absolutely mint and only the rear bumper was dinged and perfectly repaired which was the reason for the Cat D, I couldn't stretch to 6k and offered 5.5k and missed out, absolutely gutted looking back now.......
