Print Management Software

Does anyone know of any decent print management software? Any free trials to test?

I'm wanting to monitor which users are printing to the network printer in the IT suite of one of my schools, the printer is installed on a windows 2000 server

It actually tells you in the System event log who's submitted print jobs, the size and number of pages!

I take it you don't restrict access to the printers then? We do otherwise the office would be printing A3 holiday photos!

I know but basically I need a network version which I can install on the server, and it to create a report/track:

-Who printed the document
-How many pages
-Computer it was printed from

ETC

Basically wanting to know whos printing what and how much they are printing

Should be on the Print Server's event log?

Yes I know but its gonna take days to siv through the event log to find all the printed pages, will take weeks!?

Just want a piece of simple print software that will put it all into a report for me...

Event log into excel and into an access database if you want it for nowt.

Other than that the above solution seems good as any.
