Private Plate Help

Ive bought a private plate to go on the clio and im after a little help as to what i need to do, to get it on the car?

Things i have

• V750/1W
• V750W
• Purchase price paid
• Assign. Fee paid

What do i have to fill in/send off to the DVLA to get it on the car? Its new to me and i cant get hold of anyone on the phones grrr.

i took all that plus my tax disc(with old reg on it) to my local dvla office and they sorted it out (but if you want to do it by post then im guessing you need to send all of that to them) but im no 100% as i took it to them in person?

Yea problem is i dont think i have a dvla office local to me. Nearest is 2hrs away.

take all you information there and they do it while you wait
