Pro Evo 6 On PC

Guys,

Any of you old boys got this on PC as well?
I'm mega addicted... Have been since I bought it.
The good side is I've got a patch that enables you to play with Championship sides which is pretty ace, as Norwich, Derby, Preston etc etc... Accruate too.

Anyone else got this on their PC with patches on too?
Would love to know how to add extra stadiums in but cant get my head round it... Has anyone done this?
