There's a few sets on eBay with ET 30 and 40 would there be fine on the car as I'm aware that ppl say got for 35 thanks rich wheels are 15inch

They would fit yeah.

If it's a 200 he's got then fitting ET40 would be like fitting 28mm spacers to the standard wheels

Et35 are mine.

Go with the 40s, as you can add spacers to lower the offset, if you get the 30s you cant (easily) remove material from the rim if they stick out too far.

On a 1*2, ET30 won't stick out tooooo much, you need to be at 25 and under to be flush with the arch.

My ET35s rub with 205 50 15s a fair amount and a minimal amount on 195s, but it is low on coilovers.
With et30s it would be f**king awful.

That's basically my set up except I'm on cooksports with et 35 TD's. No rubbing, no issues.
Looking at the clearance I would say there's room for the 30's, the 40's might give a more stock look.

Some interesting advice on here.
I'm running et25 with 20mm spacers up front and it handled crazy well (on track last year when it wasn't broken)
