prob with rsi immobilizer

hi, my mate has a 1996 rsi and hes having problems getting it to start.

the little square light on the dash dosent go off, every now and then it will an starts perfectly.

any ideas ? ? ?

i think everyones imobiliser f***s up in different ways n its a bit hard to explain s**t over the internet. im in the same boat!

there a ball ache at time ive had this problem with both my mark ones

just set it again and uthen un set it

that seems 2 work for me

done that. not spoke to him for abit so dont know how its doing , we sat there for 30min unlocking an locking it befor it would start. ps carnt find anythin on hear about it.

Had the same prob, a little sqaure orange light, turned out to be that starter motor in the ned :S
