Probelsm with my Pro Speed Exhaust

When I first had my exhaust about 3 weeks ago i had problems with it moving and also it was way too loud so Charlie sorted it out by putting a smaller backbox on - this has made it sound great but still getting problems with it moving.
Yesterday was the first time I had driven my car for more than 6 miles since I had it fitted (been using my girkfriends scooby) and was sitting at traffic lights when I smelt something burning - was only 2 minues from home so waited til I got home to check - the exhaust has moved again and has rubbed against the 182 surround I have again - I already replaced the first one when I got the new back box so will have to order another now. They are 17pound each so will try and get Charlie to pay.
The exhaust is heating up and the metal is expanding and moving the backbox accross and out - I thought it was ok now after having the new backbox but thought wrong - Im well pi* sed!

Mate, phone Charlie...he is always very keen to spend time with his customers until they are fully satisfied (as is evident from the change of backbox). He'll see you alright :)

yeah my back box was all twisted after a good ragging and took it back and he sorted it and told me it was his fault.

just ring him he'll sort it

goin down pro speed in a bit - I know Charlie will sort it, hes quite annoyed that it has happened as well! hes a sound bloke and really genuine so Im not worried.

charlie has decided to use 1.5mm piping on the bend that goes round the rear axle - this will then eliminate the heat expansion of the metal which will stop it moving out of position. Apparently if the metal is thinner it will not expand as much, So all will be sorted next week - he is going to use this size metal for all clio owners in future so should stop anyone else getting the same problem
