problem with lights

Hi,
I have a problem and I was wondering if anyone could help please.
I parked my clio 172 last night and the headlights and sidelights switched off as usual. I've come back to my car this morning and the sidelights are on even though the lights are in the off position on the stalk.
I turned the stalk to switch the lights on and then off again, all the lights go out and then about a minute later the sidelights illuminate again. The battery is almost flat and before I take it to Renault has anyone got any ideas?

Is this something that can be fixed easily or should i put into a garage? I was also wondering what does UCH stand for?

Its the central computer of the car controls most the stuff.

Best take it to the garage if you don't know what your doing.

Hiya, I took it into a garage today and it ended up being a relay. They did highlight that water must have got into the passenger foot well at some point as there was a residue on the relay. Thanks for the help on this matter
