Problems finding Khumo Ku31

I've found KU31s in 195/50/15 but I need 195/45/16.

I'm looking to spend around £50 a corner give or take a few quid,
anyone know of any decent places to get them?

This is the only place i've found at a good price but they're out of stock.

I can find KH31s no problem, but KU31s seem to be sold out everywhere.
Is there a huge difference between the two?

First place I looked, they only have KH31s in my size.
