problems starting first thing in the morning?

I replaced the spark plugs and it totally cured the problem

Mines doing this first start in morning it cranks for ages but second time starts straight away and rest off the it's fine only first thing I changed battery and tdc sensor had a major service only 8k miles ago anyone found a solution?
