Problems with my head unit !!! HELP

whilst trying to remove the cd changer wire from my 172 ive sum how managed to stop power getting to the....

-CD Head unit
-Climate control
-Clock display

someone please help as i have just spend £250 on a head unit i now cant use!!! no wires are out the back of the HU and all fuses are fine.

when you say you have remove the cd changer loom at which end?from the back of the radio or where the changer fits?
you say you have checked all the fuses,have you checked under the bonnet fuses,if they are fine,trace the wiring back from the radio to see if you have pulled it out anywhere

fuses????, just check the relevant ones on the side, or youve knocked a wire

unless you've had a fire, it can only be a block connector pulled apart or a fuse blown.

Did you take the dash top off to fit the set.

What make is the set ?? did you check the bat+ and Ign+ wires are the right way round for a Clio ??

thanks for your replies, i had the cd player working fine for a few weeks before removing the wire. all the fuses are fine. it must be a wire i pulled out sumwhere behind the dash. will i need to remove the whole dash to check the wiring? thanks again

unless you have 5 foot long arms and can bend at more than your elbow.lol.

If you just pulled the CD changer lead, chances are you have disturbed something under the dash as the changer lead is clipped in place at at least 2 places.

well looks like im gonna be pissing about all day taking the dash off then doesnt it!!!
