Pro's & Con's of Solid Top Mounts?

As title really guys. I have stock 182 (cup packed) suspension. What are the pro's and con's of a GOOD set of solid top mounts eg AST? (heard bad things about compbrake)

Only have good things to say about my ast's, turn in is slightly better coupled with alot less clunking on full lock

I've had no problems with my Compbrake topmounts, turn in and feedback is definitely improved over standard with cup packs.

A tiny bit more bumpier but no more noticeable than when changing to Eibach springs

They're more expensive... Other than that they're better.

I bought mine 2nd hand so didn't pay full price.
