Help! Locked my phone out last week when I was a bit drunk and had to put in the puk code to get it working again. No problem there, went on the o2 website and got it no problem.
Just now my phone went mental when I put it on charge and switched itself off. Asked for the phone password when I switched it back on, but I must have changed it when I was drunk last week - so again left with the phone asking for a puk code.
Now when I go on the o2 site it says they don't have a puk number for my phone? Do they only issue it once?
