pulley whine

does anyone elses clio 172 make a whine from the pulleys? sounds like power steering whine but definatly not that as the noise doesnt change when moving the steering wheel

Never had the whine untill i had my cam + aux belts done, now i have the whine :-(
(only notice it on idle)

Powersteering pumps will often wine under pressure (turning hard at speed for example) but not when static.

If it's more of a squeal could be an airleak on the upper inlet where it is not seated properly - had this last week and it can be mistaken for a pulley wine!
