Pulleys off of cams help

How the hell do I get the pulleys off the cams. Iv managed to find a vice at home but they wont budge.

Any tips cos I dont want to damage the cams as they are being sent off for reprofiling tomorrow. Doesnt matter about the pulleys as they are being replaced.

the bolts r dun up quite tite, but a 15mm socket and ratchet gets them undone in no time

Cheers Jimbo. As my luck always goes the socket i need is shagged, and I couldnt get it off with the spanner. Its in the car so someone at work can probably have em off with little effort.
