putting 55mm springs on mk1 1,9D

will i need to do any ajustments to the arches? ive got 15's on and have the choice of either 35mm springs or 55mm one? what you think i should get and how much work will need to be done?

No work to the arches in any case...go for -55mm as -35 is barely noticeable.
