Quick airbag question.

If you are sitting in your car with your ignition off and someone hits your car in the front or side with considerable force, will your airbags deploy?

I don't see why it's a strange question. It was just something that Hubby and I were talking about and neither of us are totally sure one way or the other. ~shrugs~

No (i don't think) as the airbag computer uses data such as speed, force and direction of impact etc etc to determine which airbags to deploy. If you're sat with the engine off I doubt they're even functional? But could be wrong, lol!
