Do quick detail sprays remove wax, EGP SRP etc?

If you use a quick detailer does it mean that you have to wax your car more frequently?

I'm guesing a bottle of the stuff doesn't last too long if you use it regularly?

some quick detailers contain waxes.

The opposite - If anything they will cut down on the need to wax and some will add to the protection left behind. Some contain waxes, and you can also get ones like Sonus Acyrlic Spritz which will boost the EGP.

Great to add gloss after a wash and not have to add a coat of wax.

Meguiars Last Touch is a great QD spray.

Comes in a US Gallon container (4.5litres ish), so you can fill your trigger spray to your hearts content

Mixed 70/30 with filtered water you'll get about 13 or 14 trigger bottles full out of the container. Its about £18, so is worth considering when you think a 0.5litre QD spray will cost you a fiver at least.

At the moment Last Touch is my favourite product for the car. Leaves it really glossy and smooth. Like Rich says, just like a wax without the hassle. Its simply a spray on/wipe off. No residue, doesnt matter if you get it on trim or anything.

My favourite QD is currently the Sonus one, great on all finishes and absolutely streak free, the Chemical Guys Synthetic is good for a bit of added wetness to the finish though.

On Carnuba Finishes, The Blue Zymol Detail Spray, Pinnacle Crystal Mist and Sonus Carnuba Spritz are awesome.

I use the CG Synthetic before a show to keep the dust of as it does seem to work. Megs Final Detail is great in bulk, I use that during polishing etc.

Sonus Caranuba Spritz - thats the one.

Also, QDs are great for bringing a great shine around the home... lol. Seriously, I use it on my stereo and TV, much better than the old stuff with bee's wax in!
