quick help needing, stripping wheel paint

  255 V6 Black Gold
Had my wheels painted a while back, from what i have seen and heard the wheels were not "scratched / roughed up" before painting, was only £80 at the time and it has lasted a year so i was happy enough

however its started flaking off. I need to get it all off. Its white, and its on my turnis. I want to get the turnis back to how they originally looked

can anyone confirm a quick process? need to do it this week. materials etc

Id have thought the easiest way would be to get them media blasted then laquared.

aint no quick process tbh, most ways will damage your original paint and tbh, i cant see someone painting wheels without prepping them slightly anyway.

I had my OZ Superlegs Powder coated. The guy prepping them used a chemical dip to remove the paint b4 powder coating?
