quick help plz! install xbox live query

hi ya.. just bout an XBOX(1) not 360... asked store for a 12 month subscription to xbox live too.. they gave me an orangey coloured DVD case with a scratch card inside... but it seems to me that its all indicating its for use on a 360 and not an XBOX1!,.. i dont want to scratch off the panel as i may not get a refund! even tho i bought the original XBOX in the shop frmo the same person that i asked for "oh and a 12 month subscription too please"..

Any ideas? need to know pretty quick please as im just about to do it,...
