Quick Help! - Viewing 182

Could someone link me to a post of what to look for when viewing a 182? ive seen a couple before but im really really short on time and argh! Going to view a 182.. it has a cup spoiler but no splitter so what does that come under? not FF is it? Been Decatted but supposedly comes with original cat. Ive seen on here if you Decat and dont have the 98Ron map, youre gonna constantly see the emission light on the dash? Belts have been done recently. What else shall i be looking for? im just pratically gonna go look at it and go "Yeah.. thats nice" Dont wanna take it home and watch it fall apart on the driveway

Cup spoiler & no splitter either means someone has put the spoiler on or the splitter has been damaged and taken off
