Quick Insurance question

since i sold my car a few months back i suspended my insurance so that i could get a refund but i was just wondering how long can i keep my no claims when it expires next month.

do i have to keep myself insured to keep me no claims bonus?

Yep, most companies will hold it for you, you'll need to check though as some only do it for a year.
