Quick question for the engine guy's.

  172, Tiguan
Hi ya, I'm wondering if anyone can help.
At a trackday last year the car started pushing 100ml of oil into the catch tank over the course of each 15 minute session.
At normal driving speeds the car pushed 0ml of oil out (tested over 300 miles).

After a long period of doing nothing I finally compression tested the engine last weekend as I suspected the rings were worn. I got the car up to temperature and carried out the test. The readings were:
1- 195psi
2 - 210psi
3 - 200psi
4 - 200psi

Things don't seem to bad to me?

My question is, what could be pushing the oil out at high revs? Would this indicate something is pressurising the system at high revs, or something is blocked?

Not only was oil breathjing into the catch tank it was coming out of the pin sized hole on top of the cam cover. As the car is ITB'd, this is open to the atmosphere.

Thanks for any help!
