QUICK question?

the ride height on my clio is lobe sided. At the rear the right is lower than the left. Ive just jacked up the car and the wheel stayed in the arch on the left? I have a KTR coilover kit. I was just wondering is it clockwise or anti clockwise to lower the left side with the C spanner? also the wheel staying in the arch.... is it anything to worry about? cheers lads.
