Will deleting a friend also stop them from seeing when I'm online (a bit like blocking someone on MSN)

If not, is there a way to block someone from seeing when I'm on?

If you delete a person from your friends list they will not be able to see your online unless they look on the net. To make 100% sure that they didnt find you were online you would have to appear offline
