Unlucky.
Anyway the 1.2 is a 16v, its hardly a fake, i just think people new to the scene dont know much about the real 16v. It does say on the side of the car 16V so i dont think its a crime for someone to call it a clio 16v. You valver owners are starting to sound like snobs

Yeah, the 1.2 is obviously has an engine with 16-Valves! But so do all the 4-cylinder petrol models in the current Clio range - and you dont find many 172 owners calling their car a "16v"! Its basically for the kudos effect, and I dont have a problem with that. But it gets very confusing when people say they have a 16v and then get all sorts of Valver-specific knowledge in return. Its a waste of all our time!!
The 1.2 isnt sold specifically as the "16v" of the range, whereas the Clio 16v was. My car has injection, which was once the mark of a performance car. Now all cars have it, but I dont call it a Clio "Injection"!!
