Ive got a Williams and the last owner put a cat back stainless system on it, its a cheap one the sticker says speed steel. Problem is I have to do quite a lot of motorway miles and it is just too boomy. So the choices are either to swap it for a standard exhaust or find an aftermarket one that is better. My housemates five has a full magnex system that is really nice, not too boomy but growls real nice on full throttle, but another friend has a full magnex on his gti-6 and it is well noisy. I know that this is not the route most people go down (usually more noise is the way ahead) but any advice would be appreciated.
