R reg williams + a ruined one (on auto trader)

Just been looking up valver & williams on there....
How rare is this?
I remember an R reg williams forsale on the autotrader before, maybe its the same one?

Looks to me like its a late registered car.

£5700 is a lot of money for a williams, fair enough its an r reg, but you could get a lot newer car for the money

Surely advertising the R reg one as a 1998 is false description though. It's gonna be a 1996 R reg.

As much as I'd still love a Williams, £5700 is a lot for a ten year old car.

There was one R-reg williams I thought? infinicar sold it after it had a smack I think, but I can't remember if they rebuilt it or sold it on with all parts to repair...

The R plate one from infinicar was a Williams 3 and was sold on in the condition infinicar receievd it, it was rebuilt buy the buyer and was avaliable for sale about 6 months ago....Paul @ infinicar was selling it on his behalf.

Cant see it being false description. I have always take year on ads to be year of registration.

No SH is a big issue for most people, especially on a car like a williams where people like all the history. Could be same one as infincar and would explain lack of SH??

This is a different one to the one infinicar had, the one in Autotrader is a Williams 1....infinicar's was a Williams 3.

I think the owner of this car lives in Aylesbury, Bucks, around 5 miles from me, where I work, may have even seen it b4. If anybody's interested, I could have a look at the car and see what it's like.

May have be left over because the Williams was a disgusting amount of money at the time.

I remember seeing an M reg one in 1998 for £11k and dreaming about owning it. lol
