R19 Immobiliser?

Did the R19 16v (F7P engine) ever have an immobiliser. As in the kind of immobiliser that's fitted to Clio 16v Phase 2.

Need an F7P ECU without the immobiliser.

It had a lock + key in the glovebox that cut the ignition circuit, but don't think it had a 'proper' one

cheers mate. I reckon I'll take a gamble on it and see if it works. I do remember being told that an R19 never had an immobiliser.
