Racing Blue,,Delivery in less than.......

Ordered my Clio 182 Racing Blue with Gordini Stripes yesterday!!

Spoke to D Cup about having the Gordinis fitted by his company and was arranging to cancel the dealer fitting them!!

SO!!!

I got a call today from my dealer before I could get the chance to call them. My salesman told me that they had a cancellation of a car exactly as I ordered and that there was a delivery date on it for the end of the month ( September 25 th Currently ).. but... he said "it does not come with Gordini Stripes"!! and asked me would I still be interested...( what a touch )

Obviously Im delighted at the fact that I will be driving the car that I have ordered in less than 4 weeks and now cant wait for it to arrive!!!

Racing Blue Gordini .... Very happy... D Cup you will be getting a call sooner than we both thought mate..

you lucky git, i had to wait 6 months for mine, you have about 3 weeks to wait, you are soooo lucky!

Glad you stuck with the racing blue, it will be stunning, bet you cant wait now, you were all set for an 8 week wait and now that has been halved and you can really start to get excited now!

As written previously.... I got a phone call Tuesday saying that they had a car available in early September, on Thursday...there was no available and it had to be ordered as previously planned, what a surprise!!

Nevermind!!!

I have now been quoted a new delivery date of 9th November...I suppose this gives me a bit of time to get my finances into better order and lower my selections outstanding finance by paying more deposit.

So the average delivery time does indeed seem to be around the 8 - 10 week mark. I think it will be worth the wait....no, having owned a 172 Cup I know it will be worth the wait.
