Radiator

So, the flamer decided to spit all of its coolant out last weekend via a hole in the radiator.

My question is this. I am intending at some point this year to ITB the car, and I am aware people replace the radiator with a polo one. Is it worth me doing that now, or getting a standard 172/182 radiator and fitting that, only putting a Polo one on when it gets ITBs?

It'll save you £100 odd by doing it now dude, plus less hassle at the time when the bodies go on.

Wouldn't think so, people have run ITB's with a Polo rad for yonks and not had any issues with the rad or overheating due to the rad, that I've heard of anyway.

lol no problem mate.

I have a spare std rad if you want to tide you over, now I've fitted the polo rad.

Hero. On both fronts :) I'll give you a shout chap, depends how much / how quickly I can source a Polo Rad and for how much. Can you PM the spec / model of Polo rad I need, if you know?
