If you know the original dealership the car came from (and it still exists) give them a call. Pretend you're from a garage/dealer and chances are they might supply you the code. It used to work for me every time.
I just went into my local dealership and asked for it, they didn’t charge me anything. Will only work if it’s the same radio as the car left the factory with though.
If its not the original radio that came with the car then hold numbers 1 and 6 together and the pre-code will come up, Renault will then type that pre code in along with your chassis and it will give you the code for that unit.
