random brake probs

hi fitted ne disks nearly a week ago, only it seems to have wear marks round the out side edge not the hole thing. also my brakes seem to have random moments of not workin . it feels like tthe abs is kickin in but im pos its not that cuz it only happens a really low speeds .ne1 got ne idears?????

1.6 16v ,2001, dyn+, red dot disks

low speeds if the sensors are not readign cleanly it will put the abs system into self test mode which basically makes the abs work, will do it under 5mph as a general rule.

As for the discs did you fit new pads? Did you clean off the oil on the discs with cleaner before fitting them?

didnt need new pads put new ones on week b4 doin the disks altho i didnt get rid of the oil :S
