Random wire query

Whilst having a butchers at my tyres today I noticed that behind the drivers front wheel on the arch liner there is a pink wire which isnt connected to anything

Im just wondering if anybody knows what this wire is for & what it should be connected to?

Cheers

Its the brake warning light tells you when the pads are worn down.

Doesnt matter though you can tell when pads are worn.

Umm how? I tried to check the pads today but couldnt actually find where the pad lives. I could see the caliper but not which bit was the pad.

You should be able to see the pad through the gaps in the caliper or down the side of the caliper.

Plus ya brakes will start squealing everytime you use them, then you definately know they need replacing lol

I think they need replacing then;) As every time I use them the mouse smuggled in the front wheels start to squeak:oops:

It will depend on what kind of squeak it is though mate because my brakes squeak a bit but I know the pads are fine on them. Best to have a look at them or if you are certain they need replacing just have it done - Im sure it wont cost all that much.
