rather need some help?!

okay, i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction...
when i turn the engine over, everything sounds fine, the idle is a lil on the low side but i think thats the clutch, anyway...

i accelerate and its fine, then when i take my foot of the accelerator and i get this awful sound, like a bolt jingling around against metal, or metal dragging along the road, but ive looked all underneath and appears to be ok?

Could it be the catalyst broken down inside and jangling around?

heatsheild? also, im not sure if its the same. but on my 172 the springs on the join for the manifold to the cat used to rattle around cos the bolts were a little loose. not sure if yours has these or not
