Rattling at 85mph...

I have a 172 which makes a REALLY irritating rattling noise at about 85mph (and only then). It sounds like something is loose on the dash but cant find anything. Does anyone else have this?

Very annoying as HAVE to drive at 90mph to make it stop. lol.

do a search for 4K rattle

that may help

Thatll be the infamous 4000rpm centre section exhaust rattle. Take it to the dealers and get the centre section replaced under warrenty.
