Rattling!!!!

my phII 172 has developed a metallic rattling sound on over run.. anyone know what this is??

does it sound like its from the boot area?

no mate- sounds either under the bonnet. im thinking it might be he cat...

probably the heatshield i would guess?

I am currently trying to find out how to stop heat shield rattling.
