RB 182 fuel rail - missing regulator - factory standard?

Hi, I removed the fuel rail guard to get better access for an oil filter change and noticed what I assume was a fuel pressure regulator attachment is blank/missing. Is that standard or an aftermarket adaptation as it has an ITG air filter/feed in place of the OEM filter/feed setup.

Doesn't have one, the ph2 172 and 182 fuel is regulated at the pump with no return.

Old feature left over from the ph1 172.
