Really Stupid Question Regarding iPhone Photos and MBP.

How do I get photos off of my iphone onto my MBP?

At the moment, I plug it in, itunes opens, but doesn't sync anything, because all my music is still on my pc laptop, so I didn't want to lose that.

All the google results says about a window popping up, but nothing happens for me?

Help a mac-tard.

You can also use image capture to get the original picture files off the iPhone. Search for it in spotlight
