Really weird quotes

So heres something i dont get, 2 people, same area, same age, same insurance, same NCB, i cant even get a quote for a 172 and he gets a TVR for 2.5k.

are you ringing them up and speaking to them. or just on the internet?

when my dad rang up for my insurance he was on the phone to the lady for about 40mins chatting. the original quote was £1700 and it ended up at £860
