Rear abs reluctor ring

Hi peeps should it be easy enough for me to remove rear wheels and remove pads and discs and replace split abs reluctor rings? Any advice would be appreciated!!!

I actually found that it's not the abs reluctor but actually looks like something loose within rear shocks like washers or summat can shocks be adjusted?

I replaced my ABS ring no problem and I've got very little experience. Best to just take it apart and see if there's anything obvious broken/loose.
