Rear Barrel Missing Something ?

  LY 220 Trophy+IB PH1
The handbrake cable is rubbing on the inside of the drum meaning every time I put the brakes on then lift, it squeaks. I noticed this a while back and put some copper slip over the coil that runs over the cable and it cured it... For about 1 day. I've noticed some clio's have it and some don't so bit confused as everything seems to be as you would expect in the drum.
Suppose it gives me more reason to put it on a sport rear beam and disks >.<

Just to give more info on this, i've found a pic below. This guy seems to have the same problems as you can see the rubbing on the metal, not all clio's do this so i'm unsure why mine does. I applied copper grease (Very carefully) but that wore off after a week of using the brake's. It's really annoying and although not major im open to suggestions on how to silence the thing :(
The rubbing is from the handbrake cable across the bottom.
