Rear beam lowering

  Rb 182
Ok so lowered my beam the other day and it sits a bit too low, i have sounds to go in and im fat! lol

Any way i brought it back up again and now it sits too high. We could only seem to lowerit/raise it in 40mm splines. Is that right??? Its a 16v or rsi beam thats on it. Or am i doing some thing wrong?

Any help would be great.

Heres a pic of how low it was.

Too low???? ;)

Youre definately able to to do it at intervals of less than 40mm, it should be possible to do it in 3mm intervals. The way I did mine was to raise the hub to where I wanted it then I tried to push the bar back in. At first they wouldn't go in so what I did was to rotate it one spline at a time till it went in part of the way then I raised/lowered the hub by about 1mm till it then went in the whole way.

BTW I'll PM you in a few minutes - need to think about it.
