rear brakes mk1

hi,just got my first clio,but ineed my brake shoes doing(havent got manual yet,(in post )looking at it,seems the hub nut needs to come off,does anyone know the nut size(assuming im right)also torque setting any/all help would be greatly appreciated

30mm nut I think.
I'll dig out the settings tomorrow though its to cold to get the book from the car now.

sounds about right, you will need to replace the nut though!

great advice,got nut off with 30mm socket ,how does the handbrake adjuster go together,know what you mean about cold ,dropped the full assembly before i had a chance to really look at it,this is becoming a pain i hate using public transport (wish my manual was here)sorry to be a nuisance, help very appreciated
