New drums?? There £35 or so idealy you need to check what type yours are as there three types one is a very rare one the other two are semi common there one which is the most common I forget which.
But there fine for 80k Even mine still had 5k life on them at 70k and i do track days etc.
They'll just need a cleaning then. Just take the drum off clean up and put it back together should use a new 30mm nut realy but if you don't want to spend the £1.50 or so they are I just reuse them on my car and stick a load of locking compound on them instead.
There about an hours labour to change but as said you won't need to chnage them the only exception was a few cars had rear shoes which cams off from the shoes but that a different problem.
I hate changaing them cleaning say 40 minutes work not difficult to do.
