rear caliper issue

Ive got an issue with the rear brake caliper on my cup. i changed the rear pads yesterday but i noticed when i tightened the caliper bolts up it no longer slid on its sliders anymore. while changing the pads i re-greased all the sliders and they were in alright condtion bit of wear but nothing that would effect how they work imo. if i loosen the bolts off its slides fine, and the passenger side rear caliper works fine. Im wondering if the caliper has become warped somehow as it seems strange for it to lock on when the bolts are tightened.

Any ideas guys?
