Rear caliper & pad advice

I've got a weeping rear caliper (see photo), and I want to change the pads, maybe discs too, so figured I'd sort this as well. What are the thoughts on this caliper? Do I just get a new one and swap it out?

My plan was to go yellowstuff, I know there is debate about them. What are the recommendations for fluid and discs if I want to do the lot? Mainly road driving with the odd trackday (4 or 5 a year)

I got a recon caliper for mine when it was binding, only about £80.
Just go for standard discs and cheapo brembo pads, it's what I run on my track car and don't really see the need for anything better!

Sorted guys, thanks. Went for:

front DS2500 £125
rear Brembo oem pads £22
Brembo HC Brake Discs £59
ATE blue fluid / ATE type 200 £15
Goodridge brake lines £79

Will go nicely with some grippy rubber due early next week too!
