rear demister wont go off and smells of burning!

just driving home from work, and can smell some sort of electrical burning, got home, took the keys out of the ignition, and the rear de-mister light is still on, and theres a funny burning smell, what the fcuk?

i've disconnected the battery for now, but what the hell do i do with it tommorrow? :S

Take the fuse out ? Check that that fuse doesn't do something else aswell though.

i did think of this, only it was pitch black and i dont know where the fuse box is till tomorrow/daylight, suppose this will solve the burning smell, but whats the problem in the 1st place? dodgy connection of some sort?

maybe your right just take the fuse out and leave it out lol

ps. this is in my 106 diesel by the way not a clio
