Rear discs and bearings?

Sure this has been asked before but looking to upupdate my discs and pads. Been told there are two types of rear disc, one with and ones without rear bearings?

how do I know which ones I have on my car!? It's an 02 plate 172

You will need to perchance new disks with bearings or pay someone to remove you old bearings and fit into your new disks, buy new with bearings.
