Rear Door handle Removal

-----on a 2011 Mk3 facelift. I'm changing over a damaged door, the glass/regulator/seals all easy to swap over but not the handle itself. I had a look at this but still not able to remove the outer handles. Anyone know how to remove the baseplate from inside the door, I can't see any screws/nuts/clips at all.

No one know? I did manage to remove the outside parts of the handle as in the YouTube clip but I left the baseplate as it is. New door is all changed over and working ok.
